Building your network marketing business on a solid foundation isn’t about making a names list or talking to everyone in a 3 foot radius; it’s not about buying leads and doing cold calls, or going to conventions and working on your reason why. In fact, building your network marketing business on a solid foundation is not even about building a downline.

Building a downline using these outdated methods leaves your network marketing business on a shaky foundation. Over 95% of the people that join a MLM never make it past 3 months.

Here’s why...

New recruits are not taught proper marketing skills. Instead they are taught to do the things I mentioned earlier, but the problem is, most of us are uncomfortable with approaching complete strangers about our network marketing business, so you will see very little duplication.

How to Build a Network Marketing Business Without Stress

Network marketing company training can be the most lethal thing for your MLM business and the most stressful thing you could put yourself through.

Why do I say that?

Think of it like this. Most network marketing companies teach you to start prospecting your family and friends. Some people have family and friends that would follow them but not all of us are that lucky. In fact most people when they start, and you might be one of them, will find that their warm market will turn cold quite fast and people will start to avoid you.

Now if this is not stressful enough the MLM companies tell you to find people, hound them and literally chase them down to try and convince them that your business is right for them, even if they are not interested in having a network marketing business of their own.

Network Marketing the old school way is dying; people just can’t afford it. With the price of fuel skyrocketing it’s just not a viable way to build your MLM business. The cost of living has gone up so much the average person can’t continue to buy leads month after month.

The good news is that we don’t need to do that kind of marketing anymore. Now, with the Internet and Web 2.0 social marketing, we are on a whole new playing field. We can set up our marketing system with monetization methods in place while we attract new prospects to our network marketing business.

What is Monetization?

In the network marketing industry, and especially with the new attraction marketing model, monetization is the buzz word for generating cash flow in areas that normally cost money. During the dot-com burst many web sites failed due to the lack of monetization and for that same reason most network marketers fail in their MLMs because they use old school methods.

The old school method has some monetization also, but it’s at the cost of the new recruits. The upper level distributors and industry leaders are the only ones making the money with the training DVDs/CDs , motivational seminars and books while the little guy is struggling at the bottom.

Monetizing Your Network Marketing Business

Monetization is the heart of the new attraction marketing model and is one of the main aspects of what makes this new model so powerful. 4 Key Ingredients To MLM Marketing System Success

Network Marketing or MLM marketing systems are a dime a dozen. With so many marketing systems out there how do you choose which one to use? Many new network marketers or even seasoned veterans who have until this point been using old school methods with the names list, 3 foot rule, and cold market prospecting are coming online and finding it a nightmare. If you have been trying to run your network marketing business online at all you know what I'm talking about. So how do you choose a good MLM marketing system? A good network marketing business building system should have four key ingredients.

A definite laid out plan of action!
It should be able to leverage your time!
Your marketing system should be monetized!
Someone should be there to teach you the ropes!

If any of these 4 key ingredients are missing or lack in any way your MLM marketing system will be severely hindered if it works at all.

For example:

let's say you get into a Network Marketing business and you find a marketing system with some awesome lead capture pages and auto responder letters all laid out for you. You're excited and rightfully so, why shouldn't you be? After all this system does all the work right? It's setup to make you all this extra money on the side with referral commissions as your team follows you. You even got somebody teaching you how to get your network marketing business all plugged in. It's there online ready for people to come and then nothing happens.

What's wrong, you did everything they said didn't you?

The reason its not working is the marketing system is faulty in all the above ingredients even though it has them all to a small degree. You see this example has all the ingredients to the same degree that most marketing systems do.

Your plan of action was to get your network marketing business plugged into a good MLM marketing system and maybe put out a few ads or buy some leads. Then wait and hope your lead capture pages and the auto responder letters would do the rest. This kind of plan usually fails unless you are lucky, are a professional copywriter or have an endless supply of cash to keep buying leads.

It leveraged your time to a degree by following up with any leads using the auto responder letters. Our example lacked in its ability to sort and qualify our prospects as they went through our marketing pipeline.

It had some monetization but, in my opinion a system with only a referral commission for cash flow is flawed because it relies on people following you. An ideal MLM marketing system is setup in such a way that you will make money whether your prospects follow you into your network marketing business or not.

Last but, definitely not least it could very well be one of the most important ingredients yet. The system has somebody teaching you how to set it all up by plugging your MLM into it and getting it online. This is where our example failed miserably and most marketing systems do. For that reason I almost put this ingredient as number one.

Most people can have all 3 of the other ingredients and even the 4th one to the limited degree as in our example and still fail. Problem is you have nobody showing you how to implement a plan of action that will set you up with a MLM marketing system that passes all four of these ingredients with flying colors in an easy step by step fashion that even a tech challenged newbie could understand.

Article Marketing to Build Your Network Marketing Business

Writing articles can be one of the most rewarding things you can do for your mlm business. It can also be one of the biggest stumbling blocks for most people. I had a very difficult time writing and it was one of the biggest reasons I struggled in network marketing when I first started learning how to market online. I have two thorns in my back so to speak.

English is not my first language I grew up speaking German.
I had to drop out of high school to get a job because my father got sick.

Once you get started and you start seeing results it starts to become easier. There are a few things to keep in mind when you are writing an article

Who is your target market?
What problem is your target market facing?
What are they talking about?
What key words or key word phrases are they using to find what they are looking for?
How much competition do you have for those key words?

Once you know those things you can start writing. Don't try and be to professional just be yourself talk about what you know and your experiences and before you know it you've got yourself an article. The most important factor about writing content for the internet is to insert your keywords in your title, your subtitle and throughout the article without stuffing it. It has to read normal to much keyword stuffing will hinder your placement on the search engines.

One of the main benefits of writing your own articles is that it gives you a presence on the internet one that shows you as an expert in your field. Stay away from doing sales pitches in your articles it will never get you very far in fact most article submission sites will not allow a sales pitch. You have to be giving people value and showing them solutions to their problems.

Article marketing is very powerful tool if you want to learn more about article marketing and how you can get your foot in the door as an author you can get step by step video training at Renegade University.
